SIB Court Appeal

On August 5, 2011, the Arizona Water Company ("AWC") filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") an application requesting adjustments to its rates and charges for utility service provided by its Eastern Group water systems.  AWC's Eastern Group includes the following water systems, which are geographically dispersed and located in Maricopa, Pinal, Gila and Cochise counties:  Apache Junction, Superior, and Miami (collectively known as the Superstition Division); Bisbee and Sierra Vista (collectively known as the Cochise Division); and San Manuel, Oracle, SaddleBrooke Ranch and Win

EPCOR - AGUA FRIA WASTEWATER

Approximately 3,500 customer complaints and petitions were filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") concerning EPCOR's Agua Fria rates and charges for water and wastewater services.  The customers' complaints regarding the water and wastewater rates in Corte Bella, Cross River, Dos Rio and Coldwater Ranch relate primarily to the combined impacts of two rate cases filed with the Commission in July 2009 and November 2010.  As a result of the numerous complaints, the Company was to respond to the ACC with a prelim

ARIZONA WATER COMPANY RATE INCREASES FOR CUSTOMERS IN BISBEE, MIAMI, SIERRA VISTA, AND APACHE JUNCTION

Because of a recent ruling of the Arizona Corporation Commission on a 3 to 2 vote, your water rates could be going up as soon as July to allow the Arizona Water Company to recover – twice -- some of their infrastructure costs.

EPCOR-Chaparral Water case

On February 7, 2014, RUCO filed surrebuttal testimony on Chaparral City Water Company's ("CCWC") request for rate increases in its water system.  CCWC provides water service to the Town of Fountain Hills and is a subsidiary of EPCOR Water Arizona, Inc.  Chaparral filed its original application for a permanent rate increase with the ACC on Friday, April 26, 2013.  The Company has since filed rebuttal and rejoinder testimony and is seeking a revenue increase of $3,089,039 or 34.3% over its test year adjusted operating revenue of $9,014,985.  RUCO is proposing a revenue increase of $1,068,501

EPCOR WATER ARIZONA, INC.
