Southwest Gas Corporation - Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Resource Technology Portfolio Implementation Plan

Case Information:

On Friday, June 1, 2012, Southwest Gas Corporation ("SWG" or "Company") filed an application(link is external) for approval of an energy efficiency and renewable energy resource technology portfolio implementation plan ("Application") with the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC" or "Commission").

In its Application, SWG is requesting approval of its Arizona Energy Efficiency (“EE”) and Renewable Energy Resource Technology (“RET”) Portfolio Implementation Plan (“Year Two EE & RET Plan”), which was designed in accordance with the Gas Utility Energy Efficiency Standards (“Standards”) set forth in Sections R14-2-2501 through R14-2-2520 of the Arizona Administrative Code.

On Friday, June 8, 2012, RUCO filed an application to intervene(link is external) in the matter.

SWG's proposed plan will be voted on by five sitting ACC Commissioners during a scheduled Open Meeting.
