UTILITY ROOFTOP SOLAR

Two large electric utilities, APS and TEP, are proposing to enter the rooftop solar market.  APS is recommending a one-time 20 MW project in which the Company leases roof space from customers in exchange for a $30 per month bill credit.  TEP is proposing a multi-year program that allows a customer to obtain solar energy on their roof for zero money down and lock-in their bill for 25 years.
